Head of a satyr with animal ears and a pug nose facing slightly to left, wearing taenia and wreath of ivy and fruit. Rev. ΠAN Facing lion's mask; all within shallow circular incuse. HGC 7, 67. MacDonald 44. SNG BM Black Sea 865. SNG Stancomb 551. Rare. Nicely toned and with a very attractive reverse. Slightly rough, otherwise, good very fine.
